I have now tested with the patch, and just removing from the config.
This works ok. So, you should just update the config file on the SVN for
the Macbook Pro (file trunk/kernel/mactel-patches-2.6.17/config-2.6.17-MBP).

Another thing with the config: it doesn't work "out-of-the-box" for the
synaptics driver. (at this time, it is working, this mean I can scroll
and do right and middle click. But moving is is very slow.)

Attached is the diff between my config and the svn config. This would be
great to apply it, as it takes time to have a usable config file. ;-)
