New 1.1 beta Apple Boot Camp

provides a new version of Apple Boot Camp. For those triple-booting and
using rEFIt, what, if anything, would be the effect of installing this
upgrade? It seems it would be useful to install it just in order to burn
the new Windows Drivers disk, for iSight support under Windows, etc. but
will installing it also mess up the partition table or rEFIt?
