key bounces, every char is doubled?

I haven't seen it every time, but my Mac Mini has a problem with its
keyboard that every key I hit is sent twice.  So if I hit "vi", the shell
show "vvii", making the system unusable.

Has anybody seen that?  How can I fix it?
