Familiar 0.8.4

Hello there.

Guys, you've being doing a really great work. It would be complete to
me the day that plucker would support iSilo file format (a commercial
format) or I can manage to successfully convert all my iSilo ebooks
into plucker format (best choice - I've already converted the books
into pdf, but they loose the index links [and those huge medicine
books depend on index links!]).
