Hi Phil, have you done: udevcontrol reload_rules kill udev process remove card remove all modules that might have been loaded for it (hostap_cs, hostap, orinoco_cs, orinoco, hermes) -- rmmod orinoco_cs .... /etc/init.d/udev start I had a lot of trouble with this as first becuase udev wasn't shutting down with the init.d script HTH, joshua On Thu, 10 Aug 2006 17:28:29 +0100 (BST), "Philipp H.
