Weird issue with suspend-resume in opie fam0.8.4-rc3.: msg#00035linux.ports.h2200
Hello ppl. My ipaq is running from LAB/CF, it is fully updated/upgraded. If I use the opie env var enabling keypad, I cannot suspend (and therefore resume). The ipaq simply freezes and sucks up battery until it dies. If I simply remove the env var, the ipaq returns back to proper behaviour. BTW, my ipaq is configured to just disable the LCD screen instead of really suspending. I've been trying to pinpoint the "source of the problem" for a few days. I tried with a custom build, I've tried downgrading libopie2, and I believe this is related to the env var, as crazy as it seems. I tried the same thing running from MMC card, same results. Only thing I didn't test was running from internal memory, because I use it for my GPE instalation. Any comments appreciated, and as always, if any help is needed testing I'm available. Japa |
