HELP: digital signature & barcode reader

I am looking for a PDA that will run linux and allow me
perform both digital signature capture and barcode reader.

Can I turn H2215 or other PDA into a digital signature device?
Is there example on how to do this?

Can I turn H2215 into a barcode reader?
Is there example on how to do this?
