LAB trouble

Hello!

I have strable trouble, now I am trying to install LAB:

1 - download it to CF

root@bondarenko:~# sudo dd if=/home/shaman/LAB/zImage-LAB-20060222.htc
of=/dev/sda bs=1
1198080+0 records in
1198080+0 records out
Segmentation fault
root@bondarenko:~# sync
root@bondarenko:~# sync

2 - Booting iPaq I see "Serial" forever.
3 - Plugging out CF I see "CF download"
4 - Re-plug CF and press "power" I see "Please Wait"  and than
"download fail" in just 3 seconds....


WinCE does not boot ofcourse... I don't have serial cable, just CF
card Transcend 512 45x


Do I have bricked my iPaq?
