Suspend and w1_ds2760 problem

Hello All !
I've just installed linux image from  http://handhelds.org/~mreimer.
Everything seems to work well except one issue. After some suspend/resume 
cycles iPAQ refuses to suspend again. This is last lines from dmesg:
