A reminder. There are over 1300 email addresses subscribed to these lists. 92 people have thus far replied. The terms are: you either agree and indicate your agreement via the method described below, or you unsubscribe. If you do neither, you will be unsubscribed on the 2nd May and *will not* be able to post messages to these lists.
