How to use redboot on assabet?

Hi,
I use redboot with assabet,but I can't download by ethernet.

1.Burn redboo.bin into flash
2.Configure target to a static IP address
3.Configure host as follows:
   #service xinetd reload
   #chkconfig tftp on
   #mkdir /tftpboot
   #reboot
4.Now I can ping the target successfully
5.Redboot> download /tftpboot/zImage -r -b 0x100000
However,it suggests"Can't load '/tftpboot/zImage':operation time out".What's 
the matter?
