Post kernel installation instructions

This post is relative to the Sysroot build, version SVN-0.0.1-20061211-x86.

During the kernel installation, links are created in the /lib/modules/2.6.19 
directory.  (build and source)
They will incorrectly point back to the /mnt/clfs/sources/linux-<version> 
directory.

If the /sources/linux-<version> directory is not deleted after initial clfs 
installation, and is used for further cblfs
installation, then the build and source links must be deleted, and recreated to 
point back to the new directory.

Recommend a note be added at the end of the instructions to reflect this.
