Superblock last mount time is in the future. FIXED.: msg#00021

linux.lfs.clfs.devel

Subject: Superblock last mount time is in the future. FIXED.

With the current Sysroot x86 build (and I expect the others too), this is a
consistent error during boot.

It is easily fixed by changing the order of startup scripts in
/etc/rc.d/rcsysinit.d. All that needs to be done is to adjust the order by
running setclock immediately before checkfs. This is the command I used:

mv /etc/rc.d/rcsysinit.d/S60setclock /etc/rc.d/rcsysinit.d/S15setclock

Unless this causes problems unforeseen to me, a permanent solution would be to
modify the clfs bootscripts accordingly.

This is where I found the cause of the problem, and the solution:

Best regards,

Harvey
