Patch attached below puts weak declaration of kgdb_arch_set_breakpoint &
kgdb_arch_remove_breakpoint in kernel/kgdb.c and changes
kgdb_activate_sw_breakpoints & kgdb_deactivate_sw_breakpoints
accordingly.
