I can't see that missing. common_interrupt is not a standalone routine; the patch adds RING0_INT_FRAME to irq_entries_start, and all the necessary annotations to SAVE_ALL. Thus I can't see how your patch would even work together with mine. If things aren't working for you with the patch I provided, we'd rather have to figure out what's broken with that... >I guess you were going to try to get segment registers included in .cfi_offset >parameters.
