[ gpsdrive ] Libgdal Version Required

Hi There,
I updated gpsdrive from CVS today and I received the following message
while running make.

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgdal1.3.1
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: *** [gmapview] Error 1


I currently have libgdal 1.2.6-1.3 installed.
Are we now using features only available in 1.3.1

No big deal for me to upgrade it's just that I'm trying to keep track of
the prerequisites in DEVPACKAGES with the goal of fixing configure (when
I learn enough about how it works)
