gpsdrive don't recognise when gpsd is restarted. Maybe some keep-alive queries
could be added to recognise this situation and restart connection to gpsd. And
gpsd could send message to clients when it exits. Probably problem with
gpsdrive, not gpsd. gpsdrive should check in some way that gpsd is alive.
Gpsd 2.xx has simple help (-h parametr) compared with version 1.xx ;-)
