Gpsbabel is about converting waypoints between different devices. This notice
was not about converting different file formats. It was about transformation
of geographic coordinates. gpsdrive works with WGS-84 that is native GPS
coordinate system. There are many more here. I guess that it could be useful
to have possibility to recalculate WGS-84 to something else. To show on the
screen recalculated coordinates. Here is an example of some different
coordinate system (random pick):
