The OpenGL-GPU and Software-GPU are plugins which are
developed and distributed separate from the emulators. All
(=most) PSX-emulators use the same plugins. The emulators
requires at least one GPU-plugin to be installed..
like:
RDEPEND="opengl? ( app-emulation/psemu-gpupetemesagl )
!opengl ( app-emulation/psemu-peopssoftgpu )"

where "!opengl" means "NOT opengl".. How to do this?
