RE: Bad block with CONFIG_YAFFS_USE_OLD_MTD

99% of such problems are caused by some incompatability with the MTD.

Suggestions:

1) Fix the mtd. Make sure what you are using is more up to date.
2) Make sure that you configure consistent ECC policies.
