Leftover CVS/ stuff in 1.13.1 tarball.

        Hello, developers.  I am the official Debian maintainer for linux-ntfs, 
and I 
have noticed that your 'automatic release system' (tm) :-) have left 
test/runlist-data/CVS/ dir in the official 1.13.1.  Just that.  I suppose 
that you have some sort of process to remove such things, so include that 
directory in it.
