Thanks for updated version, I like it much more than original.

Creation of hard link consist of 3 steps:
1. Add FILE_NAME attribute to index
2. Add FILE_NAME attribute to inode
3. Increment hard link counter in the MFT

2 and 3 always work, but 1 can fail.
