Hi,

could someone (with more knowledge than me) please write some five
lines about the difference between FUSE and the kernel driver on the
website front page?

I know we have
http://wiki.linux-ntfs.org/doku.php?id=ntfsmount
and
http://wiki.linux-ntfs.org/doku.php?id=driver

but it's too central (and confusing) to be somewhere hidden
in the wiki :-)

I thought about something like:

- --start--
**Info: There are two ways to access ntfs from Linux**

You can get ntfs-support for your Linux via the *kernel driver* or via
our *ntfsprogs*.
In short terms, if you are satisfied with read-only access, the kernel
driver(->link to wiki page) is probably more easy to get startet.
If you want the features, the ntfsprogs(->link to wiki page) are the
better choice: They use the new FUSE, have more evolved write support
and are always a little bit ahead of the kernel driver.

*Note:* You only need one, eighter the kernel driver *or* ntfsprogs.
- --end--

Is this correct? (You see, even I don't get the big picture :-) )
If you send me the text, I can update Joomla ;-)

Cheers,
Mario
