Sorry, I'm quite behind my e-mail. I really appreciate your patch. I'm
trying to use my free time to get 0.15 release out, and then all useful
patches will be applied. Or maybe I'll just start a release branch so
that the trunk is used for development. In any case, please don't be
discouraged and don't wait for 0.15.

Nothing. This symbol is not defined in the current wireless branch. If
it appears somewhere, the Orinoco driver will force that option to be
enabled.
I have no desire to make radiotap support optional. It's not so much
code, and it's really useful.
