hey folks, I am running mepis with the 2.6.10 kernel and am trying to get the orinoco drivers patched with monitor mode.. anyone have some advise for me?
is there a synaptics module that will do it? or is there a newer kernel release with the drivers installed already.?
Please advise.

I don't know what kind of debug messages to send. I have attached:
- dmesg in 2.6.11 and 2.6.13-rc4
- lsmod of modules in 2.6.11 and 2.6.13-rc4
I'm ready to supply more - just ask! :-)
