One other orinoco-usb device

Hello,

  I searched and found one other orinoco-usb device, not in list:

  BUFFALO Airstation USB (Vid_0411&Pid_000B)

  This entry was included in orinoco_usb.c, but deleted in latest
  changes (the change is in the latest diff).

  In older versions I can find entry:

  #define USB_BUFFALO_AIRSTA_ID           0x000B  /* Buffalo airstation usb */

  So, it will be probably better to include support for this device
  anyway :-)
