Whenever either a) I suddenly and unexpectedly get some free time and
inspiration to do the merge or b) somebody else does a good job of it.

Actually, what's in 2.6.10 isn't *quite* 0.13e.  It has some changes
merged from CVS, however these are mostly trivial (arrangement of
source code, printk() spelling and the like).  Plus it has a handful
of changes which were done locally in the kernel (although I think
I've merged most of these back into CVS now).
