Hi Friends,
I am a graduate student
at Utah State University and am working on a robotics project that requires my
orinoco classic gold card to passively monitor the wireless network in rfmon
mode under windows(xp). I can do that in linux using kismet. However Linux has
power issues so we would like to use windows(xp). I was wondering if there are
any windows(xp) drivers that allow rfmon mode. If there are then how can I get
the driver and its API. If there are not, then can I get driver programmer's
manual so that I can write a windows driver for it. I understand that writing a
driver is not a trivial task. But I am a student and would love to learn new
skills.
