Hello!
I have removed txpower reporting from the driver. It will be restored
only based on reliable documentation. The removed code was definitely
incorrect. It would report 15dBm (32mW) even for 200mW cards.
I don't want some poor guy from New Zealand to get raided by authorities
after connecting a 24dBi antenna to a card that the driver says is
transmitting 15dBm while it's actually 23dBm.
