Broke means pings suddendly fail and I have to reboot both machines for
pings to work again. The environment is my room :) Distance is about 1
meter at most. Link quality information derived from /proc/net/wireless
shows Link=38, Level=199, Noise=161 all the time. I use madwifi-ng-r1645-
20060615.

Now, that I'm writing here I run an other ping test. Cards set to Adhoc
mode at 1MB/s.
Ping requests/replies are almost 3500 so far. I think it's hardware stuff.
The pentium 100 is on an old buggy mobo where I had to update it's BIOS in
order to boot from the cdrom. Propably the machine can't respond to the
load of bigger rates..
