John, I think that did in fact change a while ago -- you now need to either edit /etc/fstab to mount the mmc at boot (change "noauto" on the mmc line to "defaults"), or else mount manually with mount /mnt/mmc The auto-mounting is removed since now with connex, there isn't necessarily an mmc card there, and if you have a cfstix, you don't want the MMC drivers loading, or they step on the CF drivers.
