A fix to the fix of the buildroot (?)

Hello All

Dave thanks for the suggested fix for the buildroot but unfortunately 
the URL you are providing if entered on a web page takes a user to a 
failed mirror webpage of sourceforge... I used this mirror 
(http://voxel.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/pcmcia-cs/pcmcia-cs-3.2.8.tar.gz) 
to get pcmcia and it works, at least with wget, i am in the process of 
building a new image now.
