misdn kernel support

Hi

A while ago I tried to build the mISDN kernel modules for a kernel other
than the one installed. Naturally I tried using kernel-package/m-a . I
got pretty bad results.

I also tried creating a simplified package that builds faster (doesn't
require extracting a full kernel source for building), but the 
generated source package still does not build a modules package.

There is a long-standing bug on that and no aparant progress. This is
nothing urgent for me, but I'd appreciate help here.
