I think it would be worth adding a new paragraph to http://www.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/ch-best-pkging-practices.en.html#s-bpp-config-mgmt The "If you agree/refuse"-stanzas really don't sound very nice, especially when translated to German ("Wenn Sie zustimmen/ablehnen").
