This bug brings two questions for me.

1) How useful is testing build-depends with pbuilder? I have netbase
installed in my pbuilder base.tar.gz because of exim4-base. But netbase
is neither Essential:yes, nor Build-Essential, therefore, per policy, it
must be listed in Build-Depends. Should I report this as a pbuilder bug?

2) Why BTS sent mail it Ivan Kohler, but not to
pkg-perl-maintainert@xxxxxxx? Ivan is Maintainer of previous package
versions (including tasting and stable), but the package in unstable
(and indeed the one with the bug) has pkg-perl-maint as Maintainer. Is
this a bug in bugs.debian.org?
