IRCP: copy files via IRDA/OBEX

Hi,
I already have a deb done for IRCP, a simple little utility allowing you
to send and receive files via the IRDA/OBEX-protocol, which is used e.g.
in PDAs and Windows 'file beaming'.

after experimenting with this program and seeing that the required
libraries are already in debian, i try to get this package also into the
distribution.

for this i need a sponsor, because i am not yet a debian developer.
