Package: apache, apache-ssl
Version: 1.3.14-2.3

When I attempt to start apache or apache-ssl using any method (apachectl,
/etc/init.d apache), apache terminates and leave the following error
message:

[Wed Mar 7 10:43:29 2001] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down
apache: dl-close.c:123: _dl_close: Assertion `new_opencount[0] == 0' failed.

I see this as an outstanding bug in the bug tracking system (#77621, #77734)
an apparently it has resurfaces in 1.3.14.

I am using Debial/GNU Linux unstable (sid), kernel 2.4.3-pre2, and libc6
2.2.2-1.
