Proceedings and Credits

Hi all,

Two things:

1) I've put a draft copy of the proceedings at
http://people.debian.org/~mhy/dc7.pdf
This isn't the final copy but if people want to look it over and give
comments etc, that'd be good.

2) I need a list of credits for the proceedings RSN.  Do we have these
already listed anywhere?  Can the Video team let me know who should be
credited how etc.
