Can't Up hci0 after Downing

Hi,

I can bring up HCI0 for the first time.
I can also bring it down with,

hciconfig hci0 down.

My problem is I cannot bring it up again
after this.

I can only bring it up if I do,
rmmod the modules related to bluez and
usb, then manualy mobprobe the modules.

It will be good if I can hciconfig hci0 up
after every hciconfig hci0 down without
going through the additional processes.
