Subject: Adjusting "Piano centered dynamics" template and "Les NÃrÃides"

Hello,

Since Joe added a new Dynamics context to LilyPond, the two examples
mentioned in the subject are currently broken.

How should they be modified?

Attached is the current produced from latest git.
