buildroot/openssh for mipsel

hello!

i've been going thru some trouble making openssh work with uclibc buildroot 
for mipsel. the problem was, that the openssh Makefile copied and striped the 
executables with install -s on the build host (i686) which broke these files 
for mipsel. so i strip them with mipsel-uclibc-strip and changed the Makefile 
to install without -s. i don't know if this is the best solution, but anyways 
- here is a patch for buildroot...
