New app running : ntpdate version 4.1.0

Hello,

I confirm ntpdate (ntp client) is working fine with uClibc. ntpclient is fine 
too. 

./configure CC=<the usual stuff>

and make ntpdate alone in ntp-4.1.0/ntpdate withe make CC=<the usual stuff>
