The pthread patches released earlier was once upon a time made towards
glibc 2.1.3. uClibc 0.9.15 is not using the same file internal.h as the
glibc version, this makes the patch supplied for the file pthread.c NOT
necessary. The patch for manager.c is however necessary (at least for
us, using uClinux 2.0.38).
