Displaying a Video

I'm completely new to OpenCV, and I am having trouble displaying an avi.

I've tried a few different code examples I found online, but none of
them seem to work.  The project compiles fine, and the window comes,
but I just can't get a video to play.

Does anyone have a really basic program to just play a video?
