Sorry, i'm a student and i don't know exactly which are work's rules.

I don't want bring you to do wrong actions, but can you explain me where i can 
find 
"background/foreground segmentation code", please? I've looked at cvaux library 
but I 
didn't found them.

detect objects, after that use the blobs library demo to track them
