Handling pan tilt functions

Hi,

I am using Logitech QuickCam® Orbit MP camera and I have got the
images to capture after playing with it for along time. Could someone
please reffer me to how I could control the pan tilt function in a camera?

I would appreciate if someone could reffer me to some code.
