OpenCV recommended/tested webcams

Hello all!

I am starting my project based on recognition of eye movements using 
opencv. I figured out I need resolution 640x480 or at least 320x240 
with minimum 15 fps (the more the better). Also some optical at least 
manual zoom would be very useful. Is there any reasonably cheap camera 
of such parameters? Or, are there any caveats using a webcam? Is there 
any recommended maker (drivers quality etc.)?
