CvVideoWriter under Linux

Hi at all,

i've reprogrammed the cvVideoWriter in the highgui for linux ( look at
the samplecode of ffmpeg: output_example.c ). Now it works with the
latest version of ffmpeg (cvs 2006-01-16). And its possible to write
videostreams in high-quality (8 Mbps fixed!!!).
I just could test following codecs:

XVID (you have to install the XVID codec)
DIVX,
MP42, 
MP43,
DV ( for some reason the output can not be read again with the same
codec. The Panasonic-DV-codec can read this file under Windows )

It would be nice if somebody would review/test the code. Just contact me.
