Camera Image Processing Reference Code

I am trying to develop the image signal processor (ISP) that works with 
various camera sensors. The ISP will performs the statistics, gamma 
corrections, RGB to YUV conversions, etc. 

Where can I find the reference software? Is there any standard document 
for this?
