Noobie! - Urgent help required for 2 camera, camshift image analysis program

Hello! I am a new user of openCV and I have a project that uses two 
firewire video cameras that are to detect movement of an object. I 
wish to use the camshift algorithm for the detection but I'm really 
unsure as to where to start. Could someome please please please help 
me!!! I'm desperate.
